Refund Policy

A $50 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure all Nail Mami appointments.

 

This deposit will be deducted from your final service total. Deposits cannot be refunded, transferred to another person, or applied to a different appointment. Should you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

 

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Following the recent changes to card surcharge regulations across Australia, a small 2.5% online booking fee will now apply to all appointments booked online.

This change allows us to keep our service pricing as consistent as possible while adapting to the new payment regulations affecting small businesses.

The booking fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.
