Refund Policy

A $50 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure all Nail Mami appointments.

 

This deposit will be deducted from your final service total. Deposits cannot be refunded, transferred to another person, or applied to a different appointment. Should you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
