Gel-X Extensions:Gel-X is a full-cover soft gel extension system that creates lightweight, natural-looking length with a flexible feel. It’s an excellent option for clients wanting beautiful extensions with a natural finish.Dual Form Hard Gel Extensions:Dual form hard gel extensions are sculpted using reusable dual forms and hard gel to create strong, durable enhancements with a natural appearance. Hard gel is designed for long-term wear and can be maintained with regular infills.If you’re unsure which service is best for you, we’ll happily recommend the most suitable option during your appointment.

How does your nail art pricing work?

All nail services include our Signature finish, which includes one solid colour application.If you’d like nail art, simply add one of our art tiers based on your chosen design.Plus Art Add-On:Includes a detailed Russian manicure, your chosen Gel-X or Dual Form Hard Gel service and 1 art element.Examples: French tips, chrome, cat eye, aura nails or ombré.Detailed Art Add-On:Includes a detailed Russian manicure, your chosen Gel-X or Dual Form Hard Gel service and up to 2 art elements.Examples: French + gems, aura + gems, animal print accents, swirls, hearts, bows, mixed French designs and evil eye designs.Advanced Art Add-On:Includes a detailed Russian manicure, your chosen Gel-X or Dual Form Hard Gel service and up to 4 art elements.Examples: Multi-design sets, mixed art on every nail, multiple colours and finishes, crystal embellishments and detailed Pinterest-inspired designs.Custom Design:For highly detailed or advanced nail art.Examples: Pinterest recreations, intricate hand-painted designs, 3D nail art, extensive crystal placement and custom sets.If you’re unsure which art tier to book, simply send through your inspiration photo before your appointment and we’ll let you know which tier best suits your design.

Do you offer infills?

Yes. We offer infills for both Gel-X and Dual Form Hard Gel completed by Nail Mami.Gel-X can be infilled up to two times, after which a professional removal and fresh set is required to maintain the health of your natural nails and the quality of your enhancements.
Dual Form Hard Gel is designed for ongoing maintenance and can be rebalanced with regular infills, provided the product remains in good condition.
To maintain the highest standard of work, we only infill Nail Mami sets. Enhancements applied by another salon will require removal before a new Nail Mami set is applied.

Do you remove existing enhancements?

Yes. We offer professional removal of Gel-X, hard gel and other existing nail enhancements.Please let us know when booking if you require a removal so enough time can be allocated to your appointment.

How long will my nails last?

With proper care, both Gel-X and Dual Form Hard Gel can last approximately 3–4 weeks before requiring maintenance.Longevity will vary depending on your lifestyle, nail growth and following the recommended aftercare.

Short sets can certainly be accommodated; however, Nail Mami specialises in medium, long and extra-long nail enhancements. Our signature style focuses on refined length, elevated nail art and beautifully sculpted designs that showcase our artistry.

Are your tools sanitised?

Yes. Your safety and hygiene are our highest priority.All reusable implements are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sterilised using a Class B autoclave between every client. Single-use items are disposed of after each appointment, ensuring every service is performed to the highest professional hygiene standards.
