Yes! We offer infills and maintenance across our BIAB, Hard Gel, Gel-X and Dual Form Hard Gel services. How your infill is performed will depend on the nail system you’re wearing.BIAB Infills — Your existing BIAB is filed back, any lifting or compromised product is removed, and the nail is rebalanced with fresh BIAB as your natural nail grows. Perfect for maintaining and growing your natural nails without needing a full removal each appointment.Hard Gel Infills — Your existing Hard Gel is filed back and rebalanced, with fresh Hard Gel applied to the new growth and structure rebuilt where needed. Because Hard Gel is a file-off product, it doesn’t need to be completely removed at every appointment when the existing product is healthy and intact.Gel-X Infills — Rather than removing your full Gel-X set each visit, eligible sets can be infilled at the regrowth area and rebalanced. Gel-X can be infilled up to two times before we recommend a fresh set to maintain the structure and integrity of your extensions.Dual Form Hard Gel Infills — Your existing Hard Gel extension is filed back and rebalanced as your natural nail grows. Fresh Hard Gel is added to the regrowth area and the structure is rebuilt where required, allowing you to maintain your extensions without replacing the entire set each time.We only infill Nail Mami’s own work so we know exactly which products have been used and can safely maintain your nails.Your nails will be assessed at every appointment. If there is excessive lifting, damage, significant length or shape changes, or the existing set is no longer suitable for an infill, a fresh set may be recommended instead

No. For product compatibility, hygiene and nail health reasons, we don’t infill work completed by another nail technician.Existing enhancements will need to be professionally removed before beginning your Nail Mami set.

Yes. Existing product can be professionally removed; however, removal must be added to your booking so sufficient time is allocated.Please let us know what is currently on your nails when booking, particularly if the set was completed elsewhere.

Wear time varies depending on your chosen system, natural nails, lifestyle and aftercare.Most structured gel and extension services require maintenance approximately every 2–4 weeks. We’ll recommend an appropriate maintenance schedule based on your chosen system and individual nail growth.Regular maintenance is important for keeping both your enhancement and natural nails healthy.

Nail Mami offers a 72-hour repair guarantee for issues relating to the application of your set.Damage caused by impact, picking, biting or incorrect aftercare isn’t considered an application issue and may incur a repair fee.Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an issue with your nails so we can assess it for you.

Yes. Your safety and hygiene are our highest priority.All reusable implements are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sterilised using a Class B autoclave between every client. Single-use items are disposed of after each appointment, ensuring every service is performed to the highest professional hygiene standards.

Nail Mami appointments are one-on-one, allowing us to give each client our full attention while maintaining a calm and comfortable studio environment.For this reason, we ask that you attend your appointment alone. Unfortunately, children and additional guests cannot be accommodated.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your Nail Mami appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.We understand that plans can change, so one reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. Cancellations, no-shows or changes made outside of this timeframe will result in your deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.Please arrive on time so we have your full allocated appointment to perfect your set. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be cancelled. particularly for detailed nail art appointments, as we need to avoid running into the next client’s booking.If your appointment needs to be cancelled due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.Please make sure you’ve selected the correct service, nail art tier, removal and any required add-ons when booking so we have enough time allocated for your set.
