Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. For services under $50, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your deposit will be deducted from your appointment total on the day. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Need to move your appointment? Life happens. You’re welcome to reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Any further changes will require a new deposit to secure a new appointment time. Cancellations within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules and no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and their deposit forfeited. This ensures all appointments can run as scheduled and respects the time allocated to other clients. To ensure enough time is allocated for your appointment, any existing product must be disclosed prior to booking. Foreign removals must be booked in advance. Nail art pricing is based on design complexity. If you’re unsure which service to book, simply send through your inspiration photo and I’ll happily help. Every Nail Mami appointment is designed to be a relaxed, one-on-one experience. To help maintain this environment, I kindly ask that children and additional guests are not brought along to appointments. 72 Hour Repair Policy I take great pride in my work and want you to love your nails. If you experience any lifting, breakage or concerns within 72 hours of your appointment, please get in touch with clear photos. Where an issue is determined to be application-related, a complimentary repair will be offered within the 72-hour period. This does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, picking, biting or changes of mind. Please note that refunds are not provided for completed services.
